Basically we have two types of MTA

Category A

Simple MTA for materials that can be easily generated by others e.g. plasmids, bacterial/yeast strains.

Category B

More elaborated MTA; For instance for ownership of new IP to be determined and when we reserve the right to review manuscript prior to publication. This MTA is suitable for materials we have spent some time and effort to create e.g. knock-out mice, antibodies.
